Meet the latest innovation in JOZ’s manure removal range: the Barn-E robot.

This revolutionary manure robot is specially designed for barns with solid floors and can cope with straw, sand, sawdust and green bedding. If you’re looking for a solution to keep your solid barn floor clean, this robotic system is so cow friendly it’s almost silent while working so you can rest assured it won’t disturb the ladies.

There are two sizes available depending on width 155cm or 185cm. The185 will hold up to 500 Litres of slurry in each pass and will also handle sawdust, mixed straw and sand.  and even if the the collector becomes full during a pass, then the scraper arms will continue to push the muck back to the pit.

It is small enough to pass under gates to get to different pens and can clean cross passages and under water troughs. The Barn-E now comes with a heavy duty Stainless Steel rotor and collector module for an even longer life and reduced servicing and each robot can support up to 160 cows.
